tools that heal.

i have spent the last six years figuring out which products actually move the needle on chronic pain and which ones are wellness theater. these are the ones that earned their place. some of these tools cost twelve dollars. some cost more. all of them are things i actually use.

the shop is organized the way i would’ve approached my protocol if i could start again: starting with the nervous system and pain care, then self care essentials, and outward. start anywhere that suits you.

nervous system

what i use to come back down. the protocols and tools for the part of healing that doesn’t get talked about enough: regulating the nervous system so the body has the resources to do everything else on this page. without this layer, nothing else lands.

pain & inflammation care

what i reach for first when the flare is loud. heat, neurostimulation, topical relief, the things that buy me back enough nervous system to make a real decision about the rest of the day.

self care

the daily stack. fragrance is an endocrine disruptor and an inflammation trigger, so everything in here skips it entirely. you don’t have to read every label. i already did.

home care

what i clean my house with. the household products you breathe in and absorb every day are part of the inflammation conversation, even if no one is having that conversation with you. these are the swaps i’ve made.

gut health

endo is a systemic inflammatory condition and the gut is where most of that inflammation negotiates with the rest of you. fermented foods, the right fibers, the things that keep the system actually working. start small.

sexual health

pain-free intimacy and pelvic floor care, because sexual health is part of healing and nobody told us that either. pleasure is important, get yours.

wellness

the bigger-picture tools. cycle tracking, nervous system regulation, the apps and devices that keep me in conversation with my body instead of fighting it. nothing here is a quick fix. all of it compounds.
